Join us May 31st , June 1st and June 2nd for the semi annual A Taste of Block Island. The event is to highlight the different events and activities that visitors can enjoy. From gallery openings, nature walks, hotel packages, cooking classes, shopping discounts, restaurant specials and wine tastings, we want to present the best Block Island has to offer. May 31 - December 30
Finders keepers! The second annual Glass Float Project gets underway the weekend of May 31st. Comb Block Island beaches and nature trails for one of 400 hidden glass orbs. All floats are dated, numbered and stamped with a Block Island. The hunt is ongoing until all floats are found! June 14 - June 23
The first annual Block Island Restaurant week will be held June 14-23. Enjoy three course prix-fixe meals and specials, at exceptional prices, at over 25 Block Island Restaurants.

June 23 - June 28
Based on current projections over 180 boats and 1500 sailors are expected to compete, June 23-28, on the waters off of Block Island. Sailors will be gunning for individual class trophies, with fleets vying for overall prizes for the top-performing yachts. A traditional around-the-island distance race will be included.
